A standout on the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) circuit, Blasberg was a three-time first-team Polo All-American, a member of the 2002 Canon Cup and winner of the 2002 Rolex Tournament of Champions. She was a medalist at the 2000 U.S. Junior Girls' Amateur Championship and has competed in five U.S. Women's Amateur Championships, where she was a quarterfinalist in 2003. Blasberg was a member of the victorious 2004 Curtis Cup team. While at the University of Arizona, Blasberg was a two-time All-American from 2003-04, 2003 NCAA Freshman of the Year, 2003 Pac-10 Player of the Year and recorded six collegiate tournament wins.
